St Peter's Basin
A modern mixed development of family homes and flats built around a central marina and with some properties enjoying riverside views, St Peter’s Basin was completed in the early 1990’s, following the clearance of factories and warehouses from the site.
The development is largely in private ownership with some opportunity for private renting. Alongside the marina there is a small parade of shops and a bar/restaurant.
